You agree to provide any documents requested by earnph2 for identity verification purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilSys ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.
earnph2 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers to and from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card transactions are also accepted. earnph2 does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind, and in compliance with Philippine regulations, credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. earnph2 reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits at its discretion or as required by responsible gaming considerations.

The earnph2 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of earnph2. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, trade names, or other brand features without our express written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, earnph2 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
earnph2's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your earnph2 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. earnph2 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute arising under these Terms.
If you believe earnph2 has acted in breach of applicable Philippine gaming regulations, you may file a complaint with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) through their official regulatory channels.
